Primary Engineering and Construction is proud to announce its selection as a Preferred Proponent to work directly with BC Hydro on their newest Transmission and Distribution services contract. This partnership solidifies our commitment to advancing sustainable energy infrastructure throughout British Columbia.

This collaboration with BC Hydro encompasses a wide range of services, including project management, engineering, and design for overhead and underground distribution infrastructure throughout the province.
BC Hydro aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the province by 900,000 tonnes annually by April 2026. As a Preferred Proponent, Primary is thrilled to leverage its expertise and experience to support BC Hydro in achieving these targets and expanding and renewing their power network to enable green initiatives.
