Newsroom Celebrating an Outstanding Safety Achievement Across Primary

Primary's Safety First and Always Culture Reaches New Heights

We are proud to recognize and celebrate an outstanding safety achievement across Primary.

Together Our Teams Have Achieved

  • 365+ consecutive days with no recordable incidents
  • 1.5 Million Hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI)
  • A TRIF of 0.00 (Total Recordable Incident Frequency)

TRIF is a standardized metric used in workplace safety to calculate the number of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)-recordable injuries and illnesses per 100 full-time workers. A lower TRIF indicates a safer work environment, while a higher rate signals frequent incidents.

This milestone reflects the care, commitment, and professionalism our employees bring to their work every day. At Primary, safety has always been our number one priority. It shows up in how we plan our work, how we support each other in the field and in the office, how we speak up when something does not feel right, and how we look out for the people who count on us at work, at home, and in the communities we serve.

This achievement belongs to every employee across Primary, as well as the clients, subcontractors, and partners who work alongside us and share our commitment to safe, responsible work.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this milestone. As we celebrate these results, we remain focused on what matters most: protecting our people and making sure everyone goes home safe, every day.

“The safety team has been continually impressed by the amount of dedication all of you have put into our safety program. Without all of you buying in and living the safety vision and core values every day, this type of record is impossible.”

Mark Taylor, CUSP | Senior Advisor, Safety and Operations
