Project Description

Spanning 1,200 acres, Taza is one of the largest indigenous development projects in North America. It will consist of three unique villages including Taza Park, a dynamic mixed-use retail, office, and residential community; Taza Crossing, a health, wellness, and innovation hub; and Taza Exchange, offering high-quality shopping, dining, and recreation. The project aims to stimulate economic growth for the next 25 years and beyond.

Working closely with Taza Development Corp. on this unique project, Primary designed and built the shallow utilities infrastructure, including electrical distribution, telecommunications, streetlights, and three new operational traffic signals within the Tsuut’ina Nation. Primary also managed 25 kV overhead line removal.

We take great pride in knowing that the critical infrastructure we provide supports Tsuut’ina Nation in their capacity building objectives.
